AAA Test Lab Inc. began operations in 2009 providing electronic component testing services primarily to the medical and defense industries. In 2014 we merged with ECAL Test Labs Inc. and moved into an expanded facility in Palm Bay, FL which added a comprehensive suite of in-house counterfeit mitigation detection equipment to our growing list of electrical test capabilities. White Horse was founded in March of 2004 by Mark A. Rinehart, a veteran of business operations within China. Mr. Rinehart began his career in electronics with an Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, where he ran operations, training, and team building. One of his primary focuses was on quality, where he trained emphatically on IPC/JEDEC standards, operational process and quality controls, and efficiencies.
